Complaint Categories

Due to the broad nature of complaints, the University has developed the following list of complaint categories to assist you to identify your main concerns and simplify the lodgement process for complaints.

Please select the ‘FEEDBACK’ category if you are unsure or unable to identify the most appropriate category. Your complaint will be categorised (if required) upon receipt by the Integrity and Standards Unit (ISU).

Please select the complaint category Disability Access and Inclusion if you have a complaint about access to Curtin's services, buildings, facilities, information, events, customer service and/or employment.

Please select the compliant category Serious Misconduct (Possible breaches of the University's Code of Conduct) if you have a complaint regarding the exercise of care, supervision or authority over children and young people, or matters related child abuse by Curtin employees.
